My 2003 6.0 CC 4x4 with 240,000 miles developed a shudder all of a sudden (very noticeable I was on a newly paved 4 lane highway) between 1000 and 1500 rpm last night on the way home. This morning I noticed a rougher than normal idle @ about 640 rpm and today I see a light bluish-gray smoke at idle with heavy grayish-black smoke on take off and driving at 2000 rpms. Truck still seams to have plenty of power. Could this be an injector or cracked head/head gasket leak or something else?

History of work done by Ford Dealer in the last 6 months- ball joints, rear main seal, seal between tranny and t-case, new turbo, new HP oil pump and regulator, New ERG valve. I still have the original serpentine belt (yes I know should have changed it but forgot about it when the oil pump and turb was replaced).
