I have a 2003 f250 6.0 with 145000 miles. I just replaced the number 2 injector and now the truck will not start. The ficm voltage is good but the ICP pressure slowly builds up when cranking and then the trucks fires and then dies. I have motorcraft filters and rotella t6 in it. I'm thinking a HPO leak.

Air needs to bleed out of the oil rails. How much have you cranked it?

Anytime you open the HPO system you have to purge the air. Crank no longer than 20 seconds at a time and wait 2-3 minutes between cranking to let the starter and wiring cool, or you'll end up needing a starter in short order. It usually takes 3-4 rounds of this before it will fire. Once running you are going to need to drive at least 50 miles to fully purge all the air and you may get some odd running (dropping a cylinder, etc.) and long cranks until this is done. 4-5 runs up to WOT can speed the process considerably.
