Whenever you open the HPO system its going to take a while to start because it has to purge the air. Typically you crank it 20 seconds, let it cool for 1-2 minutes, and repeat until it starts. Its not uncommon to take a combined full minute of cranking or more. Doing it all at once though places quite a load on the batteries and starter. as well as potentially overheating the cabling.

I would second the need to check your FICM connections. Likely one of the plugs is not fully seated.
