If it was me i would get the 11. Any problems that the truck might have had have been fixed by now. The 6.7 is a great motor. The 11 had some issues but with over 200,000 miles it's a safe bet all the problems have been fixed. I would however ask the dealer for a oisas report. That will tell you warranty work done to the truck.

2011 f250 6.7 w/ 167k miles 5722 Hrs (1367 Idle Hrs) Bone stock except cac pipe and hot side pipe, glow plugs,
Entire fuel system replaced (lines, rails, filters, all fuel injectors) due to high pressure fuel pump self destructing at 162k miles. must have had some bad fuel in it not sure.
all oil changes and filter changes done on time. Original Turbo, and engine, Ford replaced Trans at 100k miles due to it shifting hard at 2nd & 3rd. Truck runs and drives like a beast. Hoping to get 250k before another major issue. Expecting a turbo issue eventually knowing the 11' turbo fell short. although truck is stock and will stay that way so maybe nothing will happen.
