I just replaced mine yesterday. most of it's pretty easy. There's just that third bolt on top of the starter that's a pain and makes you consider just walking. It took me less than 5 minutes to get everything else off and back on but that bolt took me 20 minutes to get out.
With the right length extension and a wobble socket the top bolt comes out quickly. Key thing is to remove it first while the other two are supporting the starter and when reinstalling, put it in last.
