I know that there was a Ford truck or two like that here in Alaska years ago, I am trying to remember if I have seen one of them of late..
Ford had a name for them but there again I can not remember the name.

[on edit] I've actually seen a stretched Excursion (limo style), but don't remember if it had extra doors.
