I have a 06 6.0 that runs flawless with the sct tuner, no problems what so ever. My buddy just got an 05 king ranch 6.0 so we decided to put my tuner on the truck. The truck loved it, at first, 10 minutes later after extreme driving it started idiling really loud, running real rough, and stubling at low rpms but fine once you got above 2,000 rpms. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Your 06 has different programming requirements than you buddy's 05. There's a code on the side of the PCM that is needed for the SCT to be properly programed. Check yours and your friend's. They will be different.

You have to get the strategy of the new truck and get the proper tunes

They are right, different truck=different strategy=new tunes. I didn't think the tuner would work at all on a different vehicle....

Well my buddys king ranch just got out of the shop, it needed four new injectors. Its fine now we tuned it again and it flys like it should. I'm guessing there may have been a problem with the injectors but the tuner just brought it out full force. Thanks.

If you're just randomly throwing tunes at it...you're asking for more trouble. Tunes are written for specific engine strategies...it's vehicle specific.
Have fun blowing your friends truck up...again. LOL
