7.3 IDI turbo engine replacing a 7.3 IDI non turbo

Hi! Has anyone out there replaced there 7.3 IDI non-turbo engine with a 7.3 IDI turbo engine? If so, is it a straight out swap or is there anything I need to do besides bolt in the engine and plug in the wiring. I'm just making sure before I purchase the engine. I have a 1992 F-450 7.3 diesel w/ manual trans. I want to install a 93-94 7.3 turbo-diesel engine.

other then the exhaust and intake hook ups being a lil different and if the engine is complete it should be a bolt right in process.
