I have a 2002 F250 7.3 turbo diesel that started running really rough a week ago. I put a new fuel filter on and it seemed to run fine for about 50 miles. Today is started running rough again and has no power to even move the truck. I put another new fuel filter on it and it didn't change the way it ran this time. The filter looked clean when I changed it today. Any suggestions?

Weird that changing the fuel filter made a difference for such a short period of time. It would lead you to check fuel related issues first. Getting a fuel pressure gauge on it would be an appropriate step. Other things to check would be under valve cover harness connections. If you have a bad connection, you could experience the rough running and loss of power.

What is the level of fuel in your tank. Just resolved similar issue which was clogged screens in fuel sending unit. Happened when fuel level got down to 1/8 of a tank. Added 8 gal of fuel and ran great because fuel reaches bypass pickup port. Did the (Hutch Mod) last weekend which resolved the issue.
