7.3 No start, Logs included

I’ve searched and searched but I’m stumped.

Truck was running fine, died a few times and was able to get it going, fuel bowl was nasty, got that all cleaned out and fresh fuel to the engine.
Had someone come get the trailer I was pulling and was able to limp the truck home, severely unpowered on hills and white smoke.

Fast forward to having time to look at it, will not start at all.
I’m going to attach a link to my Forscan logs. (I’m not quite sure what I should be looking at so if I need to add any let me know)
RPMs appear to be reading, unplugging ICP (at least I think, drive side head by the HPOP) still no start.
Haven’t pressure checked fuel but opening the drain on the bowl appears to have good fuel.

OneDrive link to logs.

I have Forscan windows with usb hook up but I’m very new to it so any help would greatly be appreciated.

2000 F350 ~250,000 miles, I first thought the injectors might have stuck due to dirt fuel, but now the no start has me completely rethinking that.

I've done my best to give all the information I can, and attach all the logs that I can. I've read until I'm blue in the face and really just want to figure this out.

The attached PDF pages 1-11 are ICP plugged in and then 12-21 is ICP unplugged.

You're not getting any real HP oil pressure. With the ICP sensor unplugged, the PCM reports a made up number.
Your .csv files don't open correctly. Not sure what's up with that. So looking at your PDF file was really the only option.

Have you checked your oil level? If your oil has leaked out, there's no way the engine will run. Could be as simple as no oil available to the HPOP.

I’ll check this morning. Got dark before I could pull the plug on the HPOP reservoir.

I was able to open all the files, but as Keving said - there's no IC pressure to speak of. Were these scans done while cranking? Just KOEO? Need to know what we are looking at.

Yes just while crank.

So, I guess simplicity killed the cat or whatever you want to say. It’s now full on oil but still no start. Pulling more logs to check IC pressure now. over complicating things here.

The path...
I appreciate it. I have looked at this chart every way I can prior to you posting.
Maybe, I’ll learn something from this experience.

Here’s the latest. I’m still trying to figure out where the oil went but that appears to be the no start issue.

Your latest appears to have enough ICP to start, bouncing between 650 and 940 - a little odd during a no start. I have trouble using FORScan's graphs with their autoscaling, so I use the CSV files in an excel chart.

Just to eliminate another possible cause, how much fuel in the tank? What is your fuel pressure?

Here is your first two no start CSV files charted. Very strange to see 0 PSI for ICP. Usually would see something there if the HPOP was turning, even if the IPR valve was sticking.

Is FORScan reporting any codes?
