need help my 7.3L idi V8 Diesel Engine Cold Start Thermal Fuel Injection Temperature Switch exploded on me once I reconnected my glow plug controller back up and turn the keep to the one position any thoughts

It looks like you need to replace the temp. sender. As to what caused that to happen well...your guess is as good as mine. I would start by looking at all of the wiring and try to find anything hooked up wrong.
