The copper washer seal has been destroyed. From what your saying, the injector itself had never been torqued down correctly letting combustion escape back up the line. It's possible that the injector nozzle is destroyed. If the injector comes out without the nozzle, take an injector and grind the large threads off, then screw it back into the nozzle, keep turning in the same direction and pulling/prying up. Before doing that if the nozzle is still in, flood the injector opening with PB Blaster to soften the carbon which sure will be there.

Ok i swapped injector got copper washer out replaced copper washer put tiny bit of grease on said washer to insure it stayed on during installation also used anti seize on threads runs better but at low throttle it seems to have a slight knock not loud like previous knock from injector but more of a quieter knock with a less hollow sound

If the knock occurred after changing the injector, then it's that injector causing the knock. IDI diesels are kind of finicky when it comes to injectors.

Did you tighten it down to 37 to 45 ft lbs? Won't cause the Knock, but that is the torque spec. The nozzle has to kind of embed itself into the copper seal.

An injector knock can develop when only one is changed. It can be a leaking injector, or way out of spec compared to the others.
