7.3L IDI starting issues

I have 1993 f250 7.3 turbo diesol . I just got it an found few issues one most important glow plugs all new new glowplug relay new starter new batteries new injection pump but stalls few seconds after cold start seems like doesn't keep glow plugs cycling after start have to restart witch takes lil bit its hard on starter and its warm now worried bout this winter .seems like this gremlin has been with this truck for awhile
