I replaced the valley pan on my truck and now i cant get it to start. I have the injection pumped properly primed and I have bled all the air out of the system. A few of the connections that conncet to the glowplugs on the glowplug harness broke off. Also the wait to start light isnt coming on inside but everything is connected and theres power at the relay. Wut could be wrong and does anyone know where I could get a glowplug harness I cant seem to find one anywhere.

Is your truck puffing any smoke like it's trying to start?? Also, how cold has the temps been in your area.

It seems to want to start when I spray the either into it. The temp round here has been around 20 to 30 degrees

I would get the glow plugs fixed and plug her in overnight, after that I would check for air or IP issues.

Can you tell if your fuel shutoff solenoid is getting power?? You might have some wiring issues if the glowplugs aren't getting power.

Will this help

I wired in a manual glowplug switch and I got it to start but it wasnt easy. I charged the batterys. I cranked on it for a good 30-40 seconds before it fired while holding the gas pedal to the floor. Then I tried starting it this morning and it wouldnt fire without the help of a little ether and it wouldnt stay running if I let off the throttle. Could the IP be off 180 degrees or what could it be?

I got it to stay started but there is alot of white smoke.
