i just purchased a 1990 f350 7.3 it has a banks sidewinder kit and 4 inch exhaust. Every time its started it instantly pushes coolant from the rad cap. Head gaskets were replaced and water pump. Still having issue. Thinking cracked head? any help is appreciated

You replaced the head gaskets? Was any checks/ machining done to the heads?

To isolate the problem, you can do a cylinder leak down test.

The guy i bought the truck from put the head gaskets in. I dont think he had them checked. i just didnt want to pull the turbo and all off if its a cracked water jacket in the block and would be just wasting my time. Wondering if 7.3s are known for head problems?

The 7.3 IDI is prone to cavitation. The only head issues seem to be with valve guides. I am using my iPhone to post this so I can't give you the link, but if you search the IDI forum for "cavitation test" it will give you the procedure.
