90 second driver/passenger compartment warm-up

Has anyone ever heard of a device that would allow a small portion of the coolant to be routed into a "driver/passenger heater"? This heater would allow for the driver/passenger compartment to heat up within 90 seconds of start-up. Yes even on the coldest of days!

If yes or no.. What are your thoughts about having a device for your truck?

Please feel free to ask any additional questions about this to help make a decision one way or the other.

Thanks for your help and time!!!

if it costs less than $50, uses no fuel from van and no "fuel" (electricity or gas) from my house then I MIGHT consider it.

When I have had my van in cold climates and it was cold enough to have to plug the van in then it didn't take very long to heat up the interior anyway (talking 'teen temps, not juevos freezing cold).

I agree with the two previous posts.........looks like someone is trolling here.
