90 second driver/passenger compartment warm-up

Has anyone ever heard of a device that would allow a small portion of the coolant to be routed into a "driver/passenger heater"? This heater would allow for the driver/passenger compartment to heat up within 90 seconds of start-up. Yes even on the coldest of days!

If yes or no.. What are your thoughts about having a device for your truck?

Please feel free to ask any additional questions about this to help make a decision one way or the other.

Thanks for your help and time!!!

Wouldn't a block heater accomplish the same thing? I'm not at all experienced with block heaters, as I live in Florida....but I would think you'd want to be using one anyways if you're in that cold of a climate. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif
