I had the same thing happen last year. I took the housing off the truck and filled it a little with soapy water or some windex or whatever I had at the time and shook the hell out of it. Then I rinsed it out real good and left it in the sun until all the moisture baked out. It didnt clean the haze spotless, but it was good enough.

Had a 9007 bulb explode after high beam switched off.
