Truck was running rough so we changed the valve cover harnesses because they where wore through. We changed plug to superduty style so now there’s only one plug. We went to start it back up and it will just crank over. We checked and there is power going to the glow plugs but nothing going to the injectors. There is power at the idm relay under the hood. Any ideas what it could be

WTS light coming on as normal? Is the CEL illuminated? If so, you need to find out what the code has been set. I would probably do a buzz test as well (provided you use a scanner that can read Ford's codes and do the test). Cheers!

Check fuse #8 under the hood.

Are you aware that the injectors are ran on a higher voltage than 12 volts? I believe that it is over 100 volts.
