Working on a friends 96 PS engine has no boost. Measuring boost at the map sensor line.
Did find the EBP valve stuck closed. The throttle blade has been removed. Still no boost.
ECM has been replaced
IDM has been replaced
All valve cover/injector harness has been replaced. They were in bad shape.
EBP sensor has been replaced and the supply tube cleaned and checked
ICP is 550/600 at idle and around 2800 at WOT.
No excessive smoke during accels.
Of course cam sensor has been replaced
Does not set any codes

Beginning to suspect injector o-ring maybe leaking?
Any other suggestion would be appreciated

What rpm and load are you measuring boost at? At idle it will make basically zero. WOT under a good load it'll make 18 lbs or so at 3,000+rpm. Even with blown uppipe gaskets, blown intake seals, and a dustes compressor wheel my old truck would make 8 lbs.

What are you measuring with. I assume the testing is done on the road. It takes a good long hill to pull max boost. I'll see maybe 3 lbs cruising at 65 in my truck. Never seen one make zero boost.

Boost is being measured with a psi gauge T into the map sensor line. WOT accels engine rpm 3k upshifts to second run it on up to 35-40 mph then abort the run due to zero boost, verified gauge. no smoke. Fuel pressure is 55 psi. No check engine light.

Have you inspected the turbo (& boots, and intakes too)? Cheers!

Try a different gauge

Is the truck chipped ?

Are the Map & Baro sensors working properly ?

Time to inspect the items Patrick mentioned. If you've verified that there truly is no boost it's time to find out why and there's no substitute for looking at the parts that make boost and the places it could be lost.

MAP line blocked? I would try removing the MAP line from the plenum, and plumb the aftermarket gauge directly to the fitting on the plenum. You won't see any significant boost with no load, but you should see at least something more than zero. If a direct connection of the gauge shows any boost, then there's something going on with that line.

Turbo is coming off in the morning.
Owner supplied a turbo of a known good truck. Will disassemble removed turbo and post pictures.
All boots, and exhaust pipes are tight.
