I don't know about detailed instructions but have you searched for old posts? Let me know if you can't find an old post.

I do not have the step by step at hand, but I can tell you, make sure you have several 1/4 drive universial swivels on hand! Thats the only way you can get to that back bolt and sometimes they are so tight you will break one, or two! You will also need new orings when remounting and if the turbo you bought for replacement is used consider putting a refresh kit in it, it comes with all the needed orings as well. Not hard to do at all.
Also, you may want to consider mdifying the turbo pedestal before reinstalling, it is the process of cutting off the EBPV actuator housing and then welding it up. Makes installing a breeze.
Unless you plan on keeping the EBPV or using it as a brake.

Yall fellows have fun with that, you hear? I did that 6 months ago for my '96 F-250 PSD, and went through all that crap of disassembly, and cleaning, and new o-rings (minus the internal o-rings, journey bearings, and pilot hearing), like an idiot...mainly because my local dealership refused to sell me a turbo rebuild kit, and I wasn't a member here, so I had no idea I could get one anywhere else except Garrett (Honeywell), and they don't like dealing with the public very much......SO.......Next week I am putting an aftermarket turbo assembly on my truck because my stock one "took, yet another, dump on me" and is blowing and burning, and leaking oil profusely! So, don't think I'm raggin on you, cause believe me brother, we've all been there, and we don't wanna go back unless we WANT to, and not because we HAVE to.

So, I feel your pain. But hopefully it will go easier the second time around, since I know all the "little tricks (wrench angles, etc...)." And by the time you get that old one off, and get ready to put the new one on...you'll know what I'm talking about.
