Do these motors bend push rods? talked to some one who has one for sale and his mech said it had a bent pushrod, I have not seen the truck and it is disassembled at this time. so I cant hear it run, it was running but running rough according to the owner.

Bent Pushrod

Yep not uncommon to bend one. You can change them out without tearing the engine down though. If that was all that was wrong with it they did alot of work that was not necessary to change a bent pushrod. Hope this helps.

I dont know if its tore apart he just said I could not crank it over at this time, Again i have not looked at the truck yet. Thanks Chris

You might want to see why it will not turn over. If it has a bent push rod it sounds like it may be hydra-locked. It could be something cheap and easy to fix to a whole rebuild.
