'99-'04 bumper and grill to '05-'07

I am looking for a ranch hand bumper or a bumper that fits a winch and looks good for my truck. I found one the guy is asking 700 and it fits an 05-07 f250 and was wondering if I could bolt this to my 01 f250 and you would have to change the grill but other than that do you have to do anything else. Thanks

I found one the guy is asking 550 and it fits an 05-07 f250 and was wondering if I could bolt this to my 01 f250. From my understanding this should bolt right onto my truck but will have to change grill along with it but shouldn't have to touch lights or buy any different brackets or make any modifications. Please correct me if im wrong Thanks

Does anybody know if this is correct looked on internet and didn't get answer for just bumper and grill. Need help fast would like to look at bumper soon thanks
