99 f350 sloppy steering

Hey all I have an early 99 f 350 and the steering is horrible. I do not have the steering stabilizer on my model. Anything else I can do to tighten it up?

before you adjust your steering box check your sway bar end links. mine were wore out replaced them and the steering tightened back up
