Dang thing wouldn't start a few days ago. Noticed the tell-tale signs- no smoke, no tachometer. Picked up a CPS at the dealer later as I was there for something else. The fuel bowl heater finally gave up the ghost after 25 years and 200,000 miles! My guess is that the #22 fuse is a factory fit.

As these vehicles get older parts tend to quit on us.

My fuse #22 blew in the middle of nowhere and it ended up being the thirmister or pass through connector on the filter housing. I looked at my fuel heater a month ago and it still is as solid as a rock. I have also been carrying around a International CPS now for the last 22 years waiting for the factory one to go out on me. So far so good on that one

For the part number, For 97-2001 F7TZ-12K073-B For 94.5-96 F4TZ-12K073-C

Either will work but the contact materials are different on the 97+ years.
