While towing my tow hauler I had the ABS light come on. When i got out to the dunes, I noticed my front hubs were not locking automatically, only manually.

Could these issues be related? something on the front axle?

Hubs not locking can be the vacuum pump which is located on the passenger side fender well. I'm not sure if the ABS is related.

Well it wasn't the vacuum pump, looks like i ran over something and it broke the vacuum line, ABS sensor and took a chunk out of the brake hose.

Rock Auto seems to have a good price on Motorcraft ABS sensors, and they have Dorman brake hoses. Are these any good for should i stick to Motorcraft for the hoses too?

Dorman's fine, but the thing with Rock Auto is if you buy more than one brand you get hit hard with shipping. They drop ship so ordering Dorman and Motorcraft means 2 separate shipments and higher cost. I order from them on occasion but always try to stick to one brand if I can.
