I had the truck into the dealer to get the Steering column repair (replaced) and on the work order they noted " ABS light flashing - code 16". I knew the ABS light was flashing, always did on my '90 as well.


Any one have any ideas?

Code 16 System OK

This code should be used by technician to verify if system is ok. If keep alive memory (KAM) fuse is blown yellow lightr will flash code 16 or another code is set. Check KAM fuse when diagnosing flashing yellow light complaint. YADA YADA.........
