Need more info, what are you driving? I had the same problem. I changed the VSS (vehicle speed sensor) and the problem went away. Sensor costs about $25. Sensor is located on top of the rear differential. CAREFULLY remove the electrical connection, then with a 10mm wrench remove the bolt holding the sensor in place and remove. Install new one and see what happens. Make sure your electrical connection is secure and clean.
