Here is problem,I've changed out blower motor,ac solenoid some vaccum lines,checked other vacuum lines for cracks inside under dash and outside under hood ,checked fuses, unless there is a fuse that not in the booklet,clamped of hoses under dash on the little vaccum manifold and still it just blows out defrost,could the switch go out?in feel that there is no suction there to work the vent flippers or the floor flapper,neither one will work,just don't know what to do,is there anyone got any ideas thanks

I don't now if I can help, because you've done so much already..
The ONLY thing i can think of, to ask, is your vacuum pump motor running continuously. ????..
I had a problem similar to yours, and it was simply the vacuum motor...
It never shut down....Supposedly it's supposed to stop running after a minute or two, when the
vacuum builds up in the vacuum reservoir..
That's all you have to do is listen to it...

Yours should be very similar except, instead of "intake manifold vacuum", you have a vacuum pump with (maybe) a little plastic vacuum manifold somewhere under the hood.
