Adding a volt meter... looking for some suggestions...

I want to add a voltmeter to truck. Seems funny there is not one from the factory but that just gives me a chance to add some stuff.. so.. any suggestions as to where and what cable i should hook into? I was going to get a new 4 pod piller mount for it... has anyone done this already?

I already have dropped the money on a cool one and the 4 pod piller mount. The real questions is what wire did you hook to?
