Make sure you mount it such that it gets better airflow than the factory cooler, even if this means adding an electric fan that you can switch on when backing up or in slow heavy traffic. The factory cooler is too low to get much benefit from the cooling fan (if on), and gets no air flow when backing up.
I added cooler and fan after a drive up Pike's Peak. Going slow up the mountain I had little flow over the trans cooler and the engine was cool enough the fan never came on. Outside temperature was 38 degrees and the trans overheated.
