The Coolant filter can be mounted almost anywhere, where the intake is not as easily rerouted. You can mount the filter behind the front bumper, in the front of the wheel well if you install 2 shutoff valves on the filter housing. Many different locations shown with pictures on this site. AFE 2 Intake and coolant filter do NOT WORK TOGETHER!!!
Has anybody else run into this?
Purchased the coolant filter kit and AFE 2 intake kit but they don't compliment each other; before I go drilling into the airbox what has everyone else done to combat this problem?
