does anyone know what transmission mounts that would work with the Allison 5 speed automatic and fit on a 1989 f150 5.0L 302 AOD with a short bed and regular cab. and what do you guys recommend/tips to do when doing a 4bt cummins swap?

Doesn't work.
Why spend 5 grand on a 89 gasser to get a trans to work.
If it was a powerstroke maybe I could understand a little more.

F150, 4bt and allison.... you got quite the project going on there.
This really looks like full custom project that will need lost of DIY fab, time and money.
Assuming that you already have the motor and trans together, get it in the truck where you want it to be and make the mounts as you go
