I'm looking at the Amsoil dual pre-filter with the optional pre-charger. Looking for good, bad or indifferent opinions; I know it's a bit on the costly side, but so are our PSD's.
Thank You

Dacriss, if you think about it, it is the best protection
you can give your engine. With a positive oil pressure
applied to the engine at start-up. The pre-oiler stores
oil in the cylinder and when you turn on the ignition key
it pressurizes the oil system. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/warmsmile.gif

I've been looking at something like this sence before I purchased the truck. The other system that I have been looking at requires installing a pick-up in to the bottom of the oil pan. I just though that the Amsoil system looked a lot cleaner. It also looked like the way to go when I installed the dual by-pass filters. I just have not seen any posts on this and did not find anything when I did a search. I was just woundering if anyone had purchased it and what they thought. Concept has been around for years and is sound. I just wanted some responce on this system.
Thank You
