So I replaced the fuel pump...again. The new one is leaking from the weep hole(I'm pretty sure)...again. I'm thinking that when I tighten the banjo bolt enough so that it doesn't leak all over the place, the holes in the bolt are not lined up with the fuel lines that lead into the heads. Could that be causing extra pressure that leaks out the weep hole in the pump. The truck starts and runs fine, it's just dripping pretty good--maybe a cup every ten miles but that's just a guess.

Any ideas?

I doubt it. Are you purchasing new pumps or rebuilt ones.

I have had horrible luck with rebuilt pumps on gas trucks either not supplying enough fuel or leaking like a sieve.
