Can't really say for sure, but given the price, I'd guess it won't do much with a PSD. I'd suggest saving up for something like AutoEnginuity.

Like Kevin said- you get what you pay for /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/phoney.gif- if you want that one go here and get the same one for $39.99 @ Harbor Freight. Same one. with out the extra $40 /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif But if you want to splurge, they have a few cheaper more, one for $79.99- it's orange. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smokin.gif

Looks like simular to the little ones you can buy at some of the chain stores I have used one in a pinch they work just kinda generic.
