I'm taking it in for an inspection tomorrow and was told the price is higher if I have full float axles ...cuz they have to pull them to inspect the brakes. Truck is in sig. TIA

yes, your axles are full float. but, you have rear disk brakes, so you don't have to pull them to look at the brakes.

ask the inspector if it is cheaper because you don't have to pull the rear drums to inspect the brakes.
