I have been known to roll the window down on my wifes car while we were in it,, to hear a PSD idle next to me,,or hear their exhaust! (Maybe even get a puff of the smell of SOOT!! ROTFLMAO! I saw that "article" here a LONG time back,,,shortly after I found TDS,,(Ford-Diesel.com)
And chuckled at all the things I ALREADY had been doing,,,,(I found this sight a scant 5 months after I bought my first diesel/PSD)

These were my favorite 3..
When driving through a tunnel or long underpass you slightly slow down just to hear the motor reverberate off the walls.

When pulling in to your local convenience store, you target the poor sap on the outdoor pay phone so they can enjoy the idle mode of the Power Stroke.

You can't stop at an intersection without rolling down the windows to listen to the Power Stroke idling next to you.


I do think there is something about them that does make you go crazy.
