It's AIH (Air Intake Heater). Look here; <font color="blue">AIH plug w/ boost fitting</font> for the item he is talking about, 4th item down. Look in my Truck Pic's under mods purchased from vendors to see what the factory AIH looks like and the restriction it supposedly causes.
