After finding the backup light switch on my ZF 5-speed tranny (thanks for the location info) and finding the ripped out wires leading to the back of the truck, I pulled the switch to find that it had one of the hard leads broken off. That part was pretty cheap ($10 Advance Auto Parts) but I need the plug end of the wiring to get things working again. Short of searching the salvage yards, anyone have any sources you can recommend for this kind of thing? I am sure the dealer will want to sell me the entire harness that contains this part. I'd rather solder a couple of "pigtails" on the switch than go that route!
