My brother has a 99 superduty 7.3. The other day I was driving it and it didnt seem to be running good. I pulled it into my garage and turned it off. About half hour later I tried to start it and nothing happened. We plugged his chip in to see if we could get any codes out of it and the computer wasnt reading it. He had it at a shop getting the tranny rebuilt and they told him the injection pump needed to be replaced. Is it not starting because of the ECM or the injection pump?
