"Balanced out" means they ran out of that option or component or part for the remainder of the model year. So the order bank is not closed for that vehicle, but you can no longer order that option or part or component.
Way back in '99, I wanted to order a V-10 F-250 in April. But V-10 engines were already balanced out. So I could either choose a 5.7L V8 gasser or the honkin big 7.3L diesel or wait two more months and order a Y2K model with the V-10. I chose the diesel. Some folks have all the luck. :thumbsup:
