Does the banks exhaust already have a place to attach a pyro? I heard that it did.

Yep got one on mine.
But the best place to put is in the exhaust manifold on the drivers side. If you do a search I'm sure you can find directions.

Yes, but it's in the downpipe (post turbo). Gale Banks himself said he puts a bung in the downpipe due to customer demand, but he knows that pre-turbo is the only place to get a reliable EGT.
So don't use the convenient bung Banks included in the downpipe. Instead, use a clamp-in thermocouple in the up pipe, or else drill and tap the exhaust manifold for a screw-in thermocouple.
