No, but Spearco and Jobe are the way to go with our trucks.

No, not a waste of money. but compare the prices first. the spearco will end up being a little cheaper. i've never really delt with banks, but spearco stands with their products pretty well, and they deffinatley work.

so what kinda gains would I be looking at? any mpg, power, etc... I am getting a bunch of stuff for the truck in a few days: SCT, gauges, and I was just looking at other stuff that might help out...

HP gains really vary on the what's done to the truck. EGT's are really the important gains when it comes to an intercooler. With the spearco, i haven't seen much over 1400 degrees when i'm being hard on it.

I have the Banks setup on my truck and it's a quality piece.
On a truck with stock injectors and turbo it's not worth the money for the gain(very little)

if I were to do it again id wait on the intercooler until EGT S begin to become a problem. I did mine, still have stock injectors and havent seen any performancegains. your stock will hold fine until you start building big boost than it would be worth a spearco intercooler. also ifyou do just the cold side intake pipe that would be reasonable and get something that will get you some performance
