When i use my plow moving it side to side or up and down it dims and slows everything ...heater fan lights and such will the bcp mod prevent this or do i need a bigger or dual alternators does the bcp only kick in when stationary and pb engaged like the seic mod

This is a problem that has been in topic since the 2014 model year trk Ford & Fisher have a bulletin out for this problem. The dealer is to let you know about the fix. I have not heard of 1 to date. I put in a second battery & that fixed it for me. Before the battery it was doing the same as yours. There is a old post here with that shows & talks about this problem. I cant get the search to work so maybe someone can pull it up for you. Hope this helps some

Sorry should have specified its a dually diesel already has 2 batteries im thinking its just a large power draw on the alt. dont really plow that much just my place and it hasnt snowed much the past 2 years was worried it was killing my batteries or/and alt.

Was doing a little more reading i bought he truck used it was from the south definitely did ave plow package so im thinking alt. Is too small haven't had any problems just a real power draw lights dim and heater fan slows but im usually running everything at the time seat heater, radio, heaterfan and they are the original batteries sounds like its going to be a mild winter so i should b good
