New 2006 CTD in the driveway.

All I am getting is a Box, exhaust and gauges.

Who makes the best box? I was putting edge boxes on friends trucks but their has to be something better, something more "engineered".


Truck needs to last me a long time so I want good power, but not anything that will be injurous to my tranny or upgraded turbo nonsense.

i know you have likely heard this before,but beware of modding.dealers regardless of brand are turning down warranties left and right.this being said i have actually witnessed a ford dealer ship install a chip on a 6.0,and one of my friends had a edge box installed on his 04 dodge by the dealer. to answer your question i have heard some good things about the edge box for dodges,but would recomend going to the tdr,diesel ram,diesel garage,or diesel place to get a lot more feed back on the subject. i have been interested in adding a box to my 05 dodge and the 02 ford just to see if i can get a bump in fuel mileage like some claim,but have worries about warranty issues if they arise! oh yea, grats on the new ride!

I wouldnt do anything that might void the warranty especially on a brand new truck.

Congrats! I would put a TST box on it. Go to TSTproducts.com and look at their stuff 35 year Cummins engineer and good people to work with.

I have a Quadzilla Standard box on my '03. Simple install, plenty of power & better mileage.
