I use OEM stuff from Ford most of the time. I have done the slotted frozen rotors and hawk pads in the past and they do work great.

The Ford SuperDuty pads are what I've used. Front pads are PN BRSD-756 and rears are PN BRSD-757.
Buy them from Autonation Ford White Bear Lake for a little over $40 per axle.

The easy way is buying loaded calipers, also from Ford.
I rebuilt my front calipers and wound up having to do it twice when I messed up the piston boots.

I've got a seized front caliper on my truck so I'll end up doing motorcraft loaded calipers and rotors so that this hopefully won't happen for along time again I used part store calipers last time and haven't even made it through a set of pads till this one seized again so dont cheap out it's not worth it.
