Doing the CCV mod, and I have the mod finished, just want to clean the intercooler the best that I can before I put it back in. Which works best?

I would take it to the radiator shop and let them boil it. Probaly only cost about $10-20$

Simple green diluted followed by a bunch of good rinses.

I used 5 or 6 full buckets of hot soapy water w\ degreaser, then ran the hose through it for about 5-10 min... still had the oily water coming out, but it was a lot less than before

Sorry to change this but what is the ccv mod?

Changing the crank case vent return from the way it is stock. Some run it to the atmosphere, some run it through a filter then back to the intake...

You can see some pics in my sig of mine. A search on CCV will yield a LOT of info...
