Has anyone here put a set of these tires on their Super Duty? If so, what kind of mileage do you think you will get out of them and hows the drive noise? Has anyone mounted the LT 255/85R16's on a dually? If so, how was the rear fit? How close do they come to rubbing? And with a load?

A friend of mine has them on his excursion and has over 22k on them. They look like they have at least 60+% left on them. I'm impressed. He is running 37"s (old bfg on spare in pic).

I just ordered 235/85r16 bfg km2's because I was told the 255's would not safely fit with the load I pack. I tried to look into some sort of a wheel spacer and got no where but I didnt put that much effort in either. The tires should be going on fri/sat and I well let you know how I like them.

Bummer! The 255's will fit correctly and have more than enough space! I worried about this for months before just pulling the trigger on a set of 255's for my 350. They look killer and have NO fitment issues. And this is with 2k in the bed and another 1500lbs on the hitch pulling a 12k tag trailer. So, if your still interested in those 255's I'd see if they would still let you order them instead of the 235's?

I'm hoping to go with 255s for my next set of tires and am concerned with the fitment as well. Do you know if there were any changes in the width and spacing of the actual wheels between the '97 and '04 model years?

I don't know if there is a difference in spacing? Maybe a quick call to the dealer can answer though?

Just installed the km2's in 235/85r16 on my truck, only driven about 50 km's on them so no real ride report but they look awesome. There is quite a bit of clearance between the rear duals almost wished I went to a 255/85r16.

How much noise do they make?
