I saw several single rear wheel 08's at my dealer today with Fabtech 6" and 8" lifts on them. All the 6" ones had 35's and the 8" ones had 37's.

37x12.50 or 13.50 unless you go with some crazy off set on the wheels. Or go with a 37x15.5

I have 37X14.50 toyo's with an 8" and I ended up having some shackles built to lift the front end an inch to prevent rubbing. I don't think I would go any bigger than a 37X12.50 or 13.50. The big wide tire looks and works good but it's not worth the headaches!

JMHO!

As far as the '08s, DI has an '08 with a 6" Donahoe lift and 37" Toyo's and they don't even come close to thinking about rubbing. That said, my '02's 6" Donahoe lift with the same 37" Toyos, we had to "massage" the fenders a itle but it does great!
